Natalia is a Vice President, Legal & Compliance with nearly two decades of experience supporting in-house legal teams and outside counsel across employment, litigation, and legal operations.
Prior to joining Accordion, Natalia served as Senior Paralegal – Employment Counseling at Wiley, supporting global employment matters, including disputes and litigation, employee relations, terminations, wage and hour compliance, benefits, and employment-related transactions and restructurings. Previously, she worked in-house in financial services, serving as Legal Operations Manager at UBS, where she oversaw global employment matters, including employee compensation-related grievances and disputes, while leading legal operations initiatives, and at Credit Suisse, where she supported complex employment and litigation matters.
Earlier in her career, Natalia provided litigation and trial support across employment, commercial, securities, and government investigations at Epstein Becker & Green and Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney.
Natalia graduated from La Universidad del Zulia in Venezuela with a B.A. in Social Communication. She also holds certificates in Legal Operations from CLOC and in Employment Law and Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University ILR School. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
