Kamal Verma

Kamal is a Solution Lead in Accordion’s CFO Technology practice with over a decade of experience designing and implementing Anaplan and enterprise performance management solutions for mid- to large-sized companies. He focuses on building planning architectures that give finance, sales, and operations leaders clearer visibility into performance while reducing reliance on manual, spreadsheet-driven processes. His experience spans sales performance and planning, supply chain and demand planning, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across sectors including telecommunications, consumer packaged goods, property management., and financial services.

At Accordion, Kamal leads Anaplan workstreams that cover solution design, model build, and enablement. He partners with client stakeholders to translate commercial and operational requirements into integrated models for revenue forecasting, sales capacity and quota planning, incentive compensation, and operational cost planning.

In these roles, he architects model structures, data flows, and governance routines while focusing on delivering planning solutions that provide actionable insights, support scenario analysis, and can be owned and extended by client teams over time.​

Before joining Accordion, Kamal worked at a Houston-based boutique consulting firm specializing in Anaplan, where he led the Sales Performance and Planning Management practice—training new consultants, enabling client teams, architecting solutions, and managing implementations for mid- to large-sized organizations. Earlier in his career, he held consulting and analytics roles at ACCELytics Consulting, Deloitte, Voiant Group, and TruSmart Energy.

Kamal holds an M.B.A. in International Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in Economics and Molecular Biology from Vanderbilt University.
