James began his recruitment career with Eames Consulting Group, where he spent nearly nine years specializing in talent acquisition across finance, operations, and risk-oriented roles. Over this time, he developed deep expertise in advising both clients and candidates on career moves within complex, highly regulated environments. At Accordion, James leads recruitment for the London office, overseeing end-to-end hiring processes and strategically supporting the continued build-out and growth of the team.
Based in London, James earned a Bachelor of Arts from The Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, where he studied Business and Sports Management covering finance and governance aspects of sport.
