Courtney is a Senior Director, People Business Partner with over a decade of human resources experience within the Financial Services industry.
Before joining Accordion, Courtney was a Global HR Lead at Alpha Financial Markets Consulting leading key HR initiatives for two divisions including Lionpoint Group and Axxsys Consulting. During her time, Courtney focused on all elements of the employee lifecycle, specifically building performance management frameworks to drive retention.
Prior to Alpha, Courtney worked as an HR Business Partner at Bank Leumi, which was acquired by Valley Bank, partnering with a number of C-Level executives across Finance, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance supporting organizational design and development.
Prior to Bank Leumi, Courtney served as an HR Business Partner at Strategic Financial Solutions, helping to scale the business from 300 to over 1,000 employees. Prior to Strategic, Courtney was a Senior Associate of HR at Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association leading all recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement initiatives.
Courtney graduated from James Madison University with a B.A. in Communication Studies, and is a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional.
