Jamous Halabia

Jamous is a Director with over 20 years of experience in accounting advisory and operational accounting. He is a CPA who has led both audit and accounting advisory at Big 4 public accounting firms and operational accounting at publicly traded companies. Jamous has worked with global companies with operations throughout North America, EMEA, and APAC across a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, retail, construction, and IT.

Before joining Accordion, Jamous spent over a decade working in corporate accounting and finance for Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his career, he has worked with accounting teams on mergers and acquisitions, performance improvements, and finance transformation projects. His industry experience includes healthcare, construction, retail and IT.

Jamous has held numerous executive finance roles serving Accordion private equity clients across a wide range of industries, and was responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing reporting and providing strategic financial guidance.

His accounting and audit experience includes financial reporting and audits of multiple consolidated entities, joint ventures, and investments with a deep understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and GAAS; purchase accounting, M&A accounting, and integrations through various major public company acquisitions; SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K reporting deliverables; and applying SOX 404 and PCAOB.

Jamous is an active CPA and graduated from Bethlehem University with a B.A. in Accounting and a Minor in IT and Databases.
