Jane Blackman is a Data Director within Accordion’s CFO Technology practice, where she leads the firm’s specialist Data Services offering across the Salesforce implementation ecosystem. Her work covers data strategy, governance, architecture, integration and migration, business intelligence and reporting, and the firm’s emerging AI and agentic capabilities.
Jane joined Accordion through its acquisition of A5, where she built the EMEA Data Services practice into a highly specialised, expert led offering that has delivered consistent year on year growth. Across more than 40 years in enterprise roles she has worked in finance operations, IT management and data leadership at organisations including Globant, Navint, Stanley Black and Decker, Hitachi High Tech Analytical Science and Karcher UK. Her earlier career spanned local government, hospitality and manufacturing, giving her a view of businesses at every stage from start ups and hypergrowth companies through to global enterprises.
Jane earned a Foundation Degree in Leadership and Management from the Open University in 2012 and also holds Open University certificates in Information and Computing and in Business Studies.
