Natalie Labib is a marketing analyst with over four years of experience in event planning, design, and digital marketing. Her expertise spans brand strategy, media planning, and experiential marketing, with a passion for creating engaging campaigns and memorable experiences that strengthen brand awareness and drive audience engagement across industries.

Before joining Accordion, Natalie served in the media industry, supporting global brands including Salesforce and Volvo at Initiative, where she acted as a liaison between activation teams and clients to ensure alignment on media investments and campaign objectives.

Before that, she contributed to media planning and campaign execution at Wavemaker on the DoorDash account. Before her media career, Natalie built a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and creative services, founding her own custom design business, Labib Labeled, at age 18- independently managing client relationships, production, and sales. She also gained nonprofit marketing experience at Luke’s Wings, where she led rebranding efforts and supported large-scale event execution.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola University Maryland.
