Natalie Labib is a Marketing Analyst with over four years of experience spanning event planning, design, and digital marketing. She brings a unique blend of creative and strategic expertise, with a passion for developing engaging experiences that strengthen brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support business growth.
Prior to joining Accordion, Natalie spent four years in the media industry, most recently serving as a Communications Designer at Initiative. In this role she supported global clients including Salesforce and Volvo, acting as a liaison between activation teams and clients to ensure alignment on media investments and campaign objectives. Her work focused on driving consumer conversions, increasing brand awareness and supporting year-over-year sales growth. Alongside her client responsibilities, Natalie further cultivated her passion for event planning by leading company-wide events and supporting external conferences in partnership with human resources. Before joining Initiative, she worked at Wavemaker as a Senior Planning Associate on the DoorDash account, where she contributed to media planning and campaign execution.
Natalie built a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and creative services, founding her own custom design business, Labib Labeled, at age 18- independently managing client relationships, production, and sales. She also gained nonprofit marketing experience at Luke’s Wings, where she led rebranding efforts and supported large-scale event execution.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola University Maryland.
