Byron is a Vice President with over eight years of transformation and integration experience. Byron specializes in supporting clients through complex scenarios and executing strategic recommendations to bolster reporting teams, processes, systems across the finance and accounting function.
Before joining Accordion, Byron worked at Stout supporting private equity-backed clients through finance function integration and stabilization initiatives, such as process assessments and improvements, Day 100 planning and execution, month-end consolidation modeling, PMO function stand-up, and interim FP&A support.
Prior to Stout, Byron was a Manager in Deloitte’s advisory practice executing transformational initiatives for large public companies within the life science and healthcare industry. He worked on engagements focused on operating model design and standing up shared service centers and centers of excellence to standardize and centralize back-office operations and reporting.
His experience includes projects across a multitude of industries, including industrials, manufacturing, life science, healthcare, consumer, professional services, and technology, media & telecommunications.
Byron graduated from Syracuse University with a M.S. in Accounting. Byron is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.
