Jaquann is a director at Accordion with nearly a decade of experience advising finance leaders on transformation programs and performance improvement across industries. He specializes in finance performance improvement, operating model transformation, and finance function strategy.
Prior to joining Accordion, Jaquann was a senior manager at EY, where he focused on back-office transformation and led engagements spanning finance diagnostics, operating model redesign, close acceleration, post-merger integration, sell-side carveouts, and process improvement. He has also led large, multinational transformation programs with cross-functional teams across the industrials, technology, media and entertainment, and hospitality sectors.
Jaquann holds an MBA in finance and corporate innovation from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in music from Valparaiso University.
