Joe is a Vice President with nearly a decade of consulting experience in finance transformation and operational improvement. Joe’s experience includes finance transformation, operating model design, separation readiness, and process optimization. He helps clients improve organizational efficiency, streamline processes, and build scalable finance functions.

At PwC, Joe supported the stand-up of Honeywell Aerospace’s standalone finance function as part of a large-scale separation initiative. His experience includes assessing finance activities, identifying opportunities for automation, process centralization, and shared services optimization, and building future-state operating models to support standalone finance readiness.

Prior to PwC, Joe spent nearly four years at CFGI, advising private equity portfolio companies across a range of finance and operational functions. Joe has helped PE-backed clients assess their organizations for scalability, public readiness, and operational efficiency. His experience includes evaluating finance organization structures, developing Center of Excellence initiatives, conducting current-state assessments, and building strategic roadmaps across FP&A, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay functions. Joe also designed and implemented collection dashboards that increased cash flow forecasting accuracy, automated finance processes, and supported ERP implementation initiatives.

Joe began his consulting career at Ernst & Young in the Transformation practice, where he worked with Fortune 100 clients on large-scale transformation and managed services initiatives. His experience included current-state assessments, future-state process design, and operating model development.

Joe graduated from Manhattan College with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
