Ehson Afshar

Ehson is a Senior Director with over 15 years of experience helping healthcare systems improve financial performance across the full revenue cycle, from patient access through business office operations. He is a trusted advisor to hospital leadership, known for building strong client partnerships and delivering technology-enabled solutions that produce measurable, sustainable results.

He has led high-impact initiatives for large, multi-hospital health systems, including underpayment recovery, denials reduction, AR aging improvement, workflow optimization, and front-end financial clearance. Ehson brings deep expertise in working with complex data environments, transforming raw data through advanced analysis into executive-ready dashboards that surface actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.

Prior to joining Accordion, Ehson served as a Senior Director at Pinnacle and previously held leadership roles at HealthRise, Berkeley Research Group, and Huron Consulting Group.

He holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
