Albert Leung

Albert Leung is a Managing Director with over 25 years of experience in performance improvement, large-scale transformations, merger integrations & carve-outs in the enterprise software, ad tech, media and consumer products sectors.

He has served as a hands-on operational and financial advisor to numerous private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on numerous transactions including buy-side due diligences, post-merger integrations and has led a wide-variety of large-scale business transformations and carve-outs. Albert works with clients to implement revenue growth strategies, organizational transformation, and technology infrastructure optimization programs to drive financial performance improvement.

Prior to Accordion, Albert was a Managing Director with FTI Consulting and helped build the Technology practice at FTI Delta. Prior to FTI, Albert spent 13 years at AlixPartners in the Enterprise Improvement and Financial Advisory Services practices.

Albert graduated with honors from Boston College with a B.S. in Finance & Operations Management and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
