Ryan Bailey is a Director and Operations Management Professional with over 30 years of manufacturing experience. He has held several Senior Management positions in the Automotive industry including 15 years as Plant Manager of an 850 person fuel pump business.
After spending more than 25 years in corporate America, Ryan joined OperationsRx. Throughout his tenure with OperationsRx he led many Lean Deployment Initiatives at Private Equity Portfolio companies. His interpersonal skills and deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Shop Floor Accountability, Lean Daily Management, and Total Productive Maintenance gives him instant credibility when on the factory floor. In addition to his roles above Ryan is often deployed in interim leadership positions. He has served as Interim Plant Manager and Interim Maintenance and Capital Equipment Manager. His knowledge of capital equipment and predictive and preventative maintenance also makes him a valuable resource for large capital deployment initiatives and greenfield plant start-ups.
Ryan applies Lean principles and data driven solutions to all his manufacturing operations initiatives. He has strong Leadership skills that make him an excellent choice for restoring overall operating performance in challenging situations.
