Azher Javaid

Azher Javaid is a Solution Lead at Accordion.

Before joining Accordion, Azher led multiple high-impact FP&A and OneStream transformation engagements at CrossCountry Consulting, serving clients across manufacturing, SaaS, and other sectors. His experience includes acting as interim Director of FP&A for a $500M SaaS company, where he oversaw billing processes, ARR modeling, and variance analysis. He also led a $1.5B manufacturing client’s OneStream implementation, integrating consolidations and planning into a seamless platform while eliminating Excel-heavy workflows. 

Azher’s prior roles include leading the FP&A function at XSELL Technologies, where he reported to the CFO and built the entire budgeting and forecasting infrastructure from scratch. He played a key role in capital raise efforts, developed client-level P&L reporting, and partnered closely with CXOs to drive strategic alignment across departments. At Redbox, he owned the full P&L for the $40M Games Division and supported the $1B Movies Division, delivering improvements in forecast accuracy and driving key pricing initiatives in collaboration with the executive team. His earlier experience at Ferrara Candy and Ernst & Young shaped his foundation in treasury management, financial modeling, audit execution, and system integration using platforms like SAP and Anaplan. 

Azher’s expertise spans various industries—including SaaS, media, consumer packaged goods, and manufacturing—and includes hands-on work with financial system design, FP&A process automation, and data visualization through Excel and cloud-based tools. He has consistently been a go-to leader for complex financial modeling, budget planning, and executive reporting. 

Azher is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned his B.S. in Accountancy, graduating magna cum laude from DePaul University. He is also OneStream certified and highly proficient in financial systems including SAP, Anaplan, and advanced Excel-based planning solutions.
