Lyle Varghese

Lyle is a Managing Director in the Finance Transformation Practice with over two decades of corporate finance experience.   He brings deep expertise in the areas of global shared services (GBS), outsourcing, finance operating model redesigns, core finance process improvements (i.e. order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report), and technology driven improvements.  Lyle prides himself on being a solution architect that focuses on outcomes above singular initiatives.

Prior to joining Accordion, Lyle was a Partner in EY’s Business Consulting Practice where he held leadership roles in the areas of GBS, Order to Cash, and CFO Strategy Consulting.  Lyle has served as a long-term advisor to the CFO by clearly defining near and long-term objectives, rationalizing their portfolio of projects, and delivering the necessary programs to achieve those objectives.   Lyle has also worked for Deloitte Consulting and a boutique valuation and tax firm.

Throughout his consulting career, he has working in a myriad of industries including life sciences, healthcare, oil & gas, consumer products, retail, advanced manufacturing, media & entertainment.  Lyle is also able to bring expertise from serving a variety of clients sizes from small privately held firms to Fortune 100.  His experience has covered all lifecycles of a transformation from strategy, assessment, design, implementation, to “hyper-care”.

Lyle graduated with from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Economics and from SMU – Cox School of Business with an M.B.A. in Finance.
