She has partnered closely with engineering, accounting, and leadership teams to bring structure and visibility to multi-year product roadmaps. Her work has consistently focused on transforming complex technical concepts into accessible, high-impact messaging tailored to clients, executives, and cross-functional partners.

Stela holds a Master of Business Administration (Specialization in Finance) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. During her academic career, she was a student-athlete on the Women’s Lacrosse team, earning distinctions such as the Dean’s List and Honor Roll while serving as a Graduate Assistant.
