Before joining Accordion, Stela built her career at FIS, where she advanced from Product Analyst to Product Owner in under two years. In these positions, she played a central role in shaping product vision and enhancing user engagement for the Private Capital Suite (a Private Equity Accounting Software). As a Product Owner, she led the rollout of new accounting enhancements that quickly became some of the most widely used product features, strengthening adoption and deepening client engagement.
Across her roles, Stela has developed expertise in product storytelling, narrative clarity, roadmap planning and stakeholder alignment. She has partnered closely with engineering, accounting, and leadership teams to bring structure and visibility to multi-year product roadmaps. Her work has consistently focused on transforming complex technical concepts into accessible, high-impact messaging tailored to clients, executives, and cross-functional partners.
Stela holds a Master of Business Administration (Specialization in Finance) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. During her academic career, she was a student-athlete on the Women’s Lacrosse team, earning distinctions such as the Dean’s List and Honor Roll while serving as a Graduate Assistant.
