Hellen is a VP in Strategic Finance with 15 years of experience across Big Four advisory, M&A, and finance leadership roles in high-growth technology companies. She has worked with founder-led businesses, public companies, and private equity and venture-backed organizations across software, AI, robotics, and medical technology.
Before joining Accordion, Hellen held finance leadership roles where she partnered with CEOs, CFOs, investors, and operating teams on FP&A, capital planning, finance transformation, and operational performance. Her experience includes building forecasting processes, KPI reporting, 13-week cash flow models, and investor reporting. She led ERP implementations, supported fundraising and debt due diligence, improved working capital, and helped leadership teams make better capital allocation and operating decisions while managing rapid growth and changes.
Earlier in her career, Hellen led financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and post-acquisition integration at OpenText, supporting acquisitions ranging from $20 million to $1.6 billion. She began her career in advisory at EY.
Hellen graduated with honors from the University of Toronto at Scarborough.
