Julie Aitken​

Julie Aitken is a Director at Accordion with nearly a decade and a half of experience delivering Salesforce solutions and leading complex program delivery across enterprise and consulting environments. She specializes in translating business requirements into practical CRM solutions, managing client relationships, and driving delivery outcomes.

Julie joined Accordion through its April 2026 acquisition of A5, where she had spent over six years progressing from Project Manager to Program Director. In these roles she led Salesforce delivery engagements, managed cross-functional teams, and served as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients across a range of industries. Earlier in her career she spent nearly seven years at Philip Morris International in progressively senior roles spanning deployment management, commercial strategy, key account planning, and organizational development — including managing ecommerce, CRM, finance, and distribution priorities for a newly created B2C team.

Across her career, Julie has worked at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, in industries ranging from consumer-packaged goods and manufacturing to financial services and B2B distribution. Her roles have spanned program management, solution leadership, commercial strategy, and client advisory, with expertise centered on business process design, CRM implementation, delivery leadership, and scoping engagements that balance client ambitions with practical execution.

Julie holds a Bachelor of International Business in International Marketing and Trade from Carleton University. She is a Certified Scrum Product Owner and holds four Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Agentforce Specialist.
