Will is a Senior Director within Accordion’s CFO Tech practice with over ten years of experience in financial reporting and system implementation for companies ranging from PE-backed to Fortune 1000. Specializing in financial consolidation, forecasting, and analytic solutions, Will is a Certified Public Accountant with deep experience across various industries. This unique perspective allows Will to effectively build and utilize performance management systems for real-world needs, including non-standard ownership, cash flow analysis, and account reconciliation compliance.
Before re-joining Accordion, Will was a Director Digital Client Partner at Pfizer, where he led Finance and AI Transformation Initiatives, driving digital strategy and partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Previously, Will was a Director at Accordion / Platform Specialists (acquired by Accordion in 2022), focusing on performance management solutions involving Oracle, Anaplan, and other platforms with a focus on financial close and consolidation, account reconciliations, as well as planning and forecasting.
Will began his career as a Manager at KPMG and Ernst & Young, focusing on tax compliance for private equity funds, hedge funds, and management companies.
Will holds an M.S. and B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a licensed CPA.
