Michael Ingrassia

Mike is a Solution Lead with seven years of experience working in both consulting and trade finance. He has worked with companies of all sizes from small startups to large multinational organizations focusing on financial planning and analysis and financial close process improvements.

Prior to joining Accordion, Mike was the Director of FP&A for Soluna Holdings, a PE backed, publicly traded, crypto currency miner where he ran the end-to-end financial planning process by implementing technological expertise across fifteen different organizational departments. He focused on bottoms-up and zero-based budgeting techniques and presented results and variances to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis.

Mike was also the founding member of the finance organization at Universal Nutrition, where he was in charge of all monthly close and budgeting processes. As the leader of the finance organization, he built the finance function from the ground up by implementing monthly close and planning processes for a sixty year old international family-owned manufacturing business.

Before this, Mike spent three years as an EPM Consultant at Platform Specialists, where he developed expertise in the Oracle Planning space. Specifically, he created techno-functional solutions focused on streamlining financial planning and data analytics through the use of dashboards and backend calculation logic.

Mike started his career at CIT Bank, a national corporate and retail bank, where he was a member of their Finance Development Program. There, he spent time working in all areas of the finance organization including accounting, FP&A, controllership, liquidity risk, & tax.

Mike graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance.
