Jayme Rubio

Jayme Rubio is a Vice President with nearly four years of experience specializing in finance process transformation and optimization, performance improvement, and digital transformation.

Before joining Accordion, Jayme played key roles in the success of two prominent consulting firms, CrossCountry Consulting and Protiviti. He demonstrated a commitment to excellence through project execution, the development of Finance Transformation playbooks and marketing materials, and a strong focus on client initiatives.

Jayme’s project portfolio includes strategic and operational assessments, transformation of core finance and accounting functions (OTC, RTR), operating model transformation, Center of Excellence strategy, Transformation Management Office support, working capital improvement, and digital transformation.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University. During his college years, Jayme also dedicated his time to supporting his family’s roofing company, which has since flourished to generate over $5M in revenue.
