Cecilie is an Associate with nearly five years of experience in finance transformation, CFO advisory, and private equity service delivery, specializing in financial process optimization, operating model design, and outsourced finance integration.
Prior to joining Accordion, Cecilie worked at Vistra bringing expertise in leading entity integrations into outsourced finance models, coordinating service delivery, and delivering financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Cecilie has a background within consulting from PwC in their CFO Services department where she supported a wide variety of finance function mandates. From interim operations to full scale finance transformation, and process optimization. She helped clients redesign and digitise finance operations, implement robust internal controls and transition key functions such as procure-to-pay and close-to-report to outsourced/shared-services models.
Cecilie graduated from Copenhagen Business School with a Masters in Economics & Business Administration, focusing on Accounting, Strategy and Control.
