David is a Vice President and an innovative operations leader who helps firms develop process excellence and build best-in-class organizations. He partners with clients to understand operational challenges, identify improvements, achieve alignment and enable speed to value during business transformations.
Prior to Accordion, David was a Director in the Operations practice at private equity consulting firm FCM. Before that, he held multiple roles in innovation and research & development at Nike, where he integrated materials, aesthetic and product operations. He defined commercialization processes to grow a core technology platform from producing 16 to over 80 million pairs annually and managed technical materials supporting the delivery of over 320 million pairs annually for one of Nike’s top product lines.
David earned his GMBA from IE Business School, his BS in Chemistry & Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
