Shrikant Shelat is a Managing Director in Accordion’s Digital Solutions and CFO Technology practice with nearly two decades of experience assessing, designing, and implementing cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for private equity-backed and corporate clients. Shrikant specializes in developing strategic transformation roadmaps, leading end-to-end implementations, business process improvement, IT due diligence, and data migration validation and review. He leads finance process and technology selection, assessment, and optimization workstreams, helping clients improve finance operations and align systems with business needs.
Shrikant partners with CFOs to address challenges such as billing and revenue accuracy, performance visibility, working capital, and system-driven controls, and he develops the IT roadmaps and system blueprints that optimize enterprise architecture. He has served as an enterprise and solution architect to CFOs, revenue operations, and controllership teams, leveraging automation, digital, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities while managing cross-platform data integrations.
Shrikant has worked with clients to enhance financial and supply chain processes — including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and inventory and warehouse management — as well as core finance processes spanning revenue recognition under ASC 606 and ASC 842, recurring and subscription billing, project accounting, accounts payable, treasury, cash application and collections, fixed assets, close management, and financial reporting and consolidation, including profitability analytics.
Shrikant has led assessments, system selection, design, and implementation engagements across platforms including NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, and Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and has optimized customer, product, contract, and order data models across Salesforce Service Cloud, ERP systems, and proprietary platforms. He has also deployed finance automation and optimization platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, HighRadius, Ramp, Kyriba, BillTrust, and GetPaid, and worked extensively with middleware and data management tools including Dell Boomi, Celigo, and Informatica.
Shrikant’s delivery experience spans project management, business requirements definition, solution design and blueprinting, and business process mapping, with additional depth in application design and architecture, data governance, and master data management (MDM).
Prior to joining Accordion, Shrikant was at FTI Consulting, where he advised clients on finance technology and ERP transformation. Previously, he held roles at Grant Thornton and Infosys. Across his career, Shrikant has served clients in manufacturing, software-as-a-service (SaaS), healthcare, media and telecom, MRO/Aviation, professional services, construction etc.
Shrikant holds an M.B.A. from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.Engg. in Electronics and Communication from Anna University.
