Greg Seryy

Greg is a Vice President with nearly a decade of M&A, Corporate Finance and FP&A experience with a variety of companies ranging from small technology startups to large multinational conglomerates and investment banks.

Before joining Accordion, Greg has worked both in an advisory and consulting capacity as well as internally within companies focusing on M&A and Corporate Finance. In his experience, Greg has worked with management teams to build out planning and forecasting capabilities and has assisted with a variety of corporate initiatives. He has supported numerous mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships throughout his career.

Greg as previously worked with the leadership of a technology start up to stand up their finance function and guide decision making to help raise capital and bring their strategy to market. Before this, Greg was a member of the Corporate M&A team at a global industrials manufacturer where he focused on strategic transactions to improve specific business units within the company.

His industry experience includes the Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrials, Metals & Mining and Technology sectors for companies and clients throughout North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Greg started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst with INTL FCStone where he was responsible for supporting clients on M&A, Capital Raising, and Project Financing opportunities.

Greg received his B.S. in Economics with a minor in Statistics from George Washington University.
