Brad is a Managing Director in Accordion’s Data and AI practice, where he helps companies design and build AI solutions with AI-ready data platforms. As part of his role, Brad acts as the product owner for several of Accordion’s Data and AI solutions. His experience spans application development, data and AI, cloud computing, and digital transformation across multiple industries.

Before joining Accordion, Brad was a Partner in the Google Cloud Practice at PwC, where he played a pivotal role in elevating an unknown player into a top-five global services provider, securing multiple Partner of the Year awards. Prior to PwC, Brad was a Partner at Maven Wave, where he owned the P&L for the application development, data, and AI business and was instrumental in scaling the firm from a boutique startup into an award-winning organization with hundreds of employees across the U.S. and India. Upon Maven Wave’s acquisition by Atos, Brad transitioned into global leadership roles overseeing digital transformation and the overarching cloud portfolio.

Earlier in his career, Brad was the first employee at Fathom Solutions, a startup focused on telecom companies navigating industry deregulation, where he architected solutions and led projects for several multimillion-dollar transformations. He began his career at Accenture, where he built his technical foundation through hands-on engineering roles in application programming, data warehousing, and scaled computing.

Throughout his career, Brad has led organizations through major digital evolutions—from the dot-com boom and ERP platforms to big data, cloud computing, and multiple waves of AI innovation. His enduring passion for technology enables him to bridge the gap between complex engineering challenges and client business objectives.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Japanese from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
