Matthew Trisic

Matthew is a Vice President in the Data and Analytics practice at Accordion with 10 years’ experience across multiple data capabilities including engineering, architecture, reporting, and strategy who has worked with clients in a variety of industries such as healthcare, software, and financial services.  He is focused on delivering high quality data products and team building through user-centered design and effective project team management.

Prior to Accordion, Matthew spent over 5 years at Slalom Consulting on the D&A team in Boston. As part of his responsibilities, he led and trained data engineering teams composed of both internal and client team members, gathered and documented business requirements to create technical design documents, and oversaw the holistic data development process. He has worked on a variety of data engagements, including standing up enterprise data warehouses, enhancing existing data models and reporting to support new business use cases, performing data maturity assessments, and overseeing system data migrations.

Earlier in his career, he worked at VitalHub, where he worked directly with healthcare providers to manage the end-to-end implementation of the EHR’s BI tool and collaborated with the development team to build new claims billing software functionality.

Matthew graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Computer Science and Economics.
