Lisa is an Executive Director with over 25 years of experience in human resources, guiding public and private enterprises through complex challenges by aligning organizational goals with human capital strengths.
Most recently, she supported private equity portfolio companies on the HR-related aspects of business transformation and integration at FCM, a private equity consulting firm acquired by Accordion.
Lisa was previously Head of HR at Fusion Connect, a technology managed service provider. In this role, she led a strategic workforce redesign that delivered $22M in savings while maintaining the lowest voluntary attrition rate in over three years.
Before that, she spent more than two decades in HR at the human capital services firm that is now Alight. She helped drive Hewitt Associates’ initial public offering, its acquisition by Aon, the carve-out of Alight as a standalone business and, finally, Alight’s transition to a public company.
Lisa is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified and graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia .
