Alex is an Associate with nearly 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, focused on sell-side and buy-side mergers & acquisitions. He has advised on over $4 billion in aggregate transaction volume for clients globally.
Before joining Accordion, Alex was an Investment Banking Associate in William Blair’s Industrial Growth Products group, focused on mergers & acquisitions in the industrial technology sector. He worked closely with the senior management teams of PE- and founder-owned businesses to prepare financial models, create bespoke analyses, develop marketing materials, and lead due-diligence for numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions. Alex has extensive experience partnering with management teams to identify and articulate embedded value creation levers and growth strategies using data-driven analyses.
Prior to William Blair, Alex was an Analyst in the Industrial group of KeyBanc Capital Markets where he advised on M&A, debt and equity capital markets, and joint venture transactions.
Alex graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance.
