Skye is an Executive Director and passionate storyteller who connects companies more deeply with their employees, their customers and the world.

Prior to joining Accordion, she was the Chief Communications Officer at the consulting firm FCM, where she led integrated marketing and communications strategies for both FCM and its clients. Combining commercial acumen with a creative mindset, Skye brings to life inspirational brands and messages that propel business impact. Her expertise includes executive communications, content marketing, demand generation, change management communications, client engagement and digital media. Prior to joining FCM, Skye held multiple global marketing and communications roles at Nielsen. She kept associates engaged and informed during a global transformation that affected 40,000 people in over 100 countries, helped set the stage for the company’s successful IPO, supported its transition from private owners, built the reputations of key thought leaders and executives, and reimagined a multimillion-dollar global event series to deliver twice the client impact for 1/5 the cost.

Skye graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in business administration and received her M.B.A. from Rollins College.
