Adrien is a director in Accordion’s Data & Analytics team in New York with more than seven years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, and analytics delivery. He specializes in designing AI solutions that translate complex business problems into scalable, measurable outcomes.
Before joining Accordion, Adrien worked at Slalom, where he architected machine learning and generative AI applications as part of enterprise AI transformations. His experience includes designing AI applications and roadmaps for an accounting and wealth management client and leading the delivery of a digital human onboarding experience for a global pharmaceutical company.
Earlier in his career, Adrien improved e-commerce advertising performance through context-aware TensorFlow models, increasing click-through rate by 15% and contributing to an 8% lift in advertising revenue.
Adrien holds an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering from Columbia University and graduated from École Centrale Paris with a major in applied mathematics.
