Kevin is a Senior Director with more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, spanning both privately held and publicly traded companies. He has extensive expertise working within multinational organizations with diverse operating divisions and complex matrix structures. Throughout his career, Kevin has developed a strong track record in operational execution, global controllership, treasury, information technology, and organizational development. He has also played a key role in numerous acquisitions, divestitures, and equity transactions.

At Accordion, Kevin has served in several interim Controller roles within the manufacturing and healthcare industries, while also leading initiatives focused on close acceleration, post-acquisition onboarding, and the implementation of corporate performance management (CPM) solutions to enhance financial reporting efficiency.

Before joining Accordion, Kevin held finance and controllership leadership positions in the manufacturing and licensing sectors. Most recently, he was Assistant Controller at Crane Co., a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products. In this role, he streamlined key processes including the monthly close, forecasting, and planning cycles and oversaw the accounting for significant transactions, including three acquisitions, two divestitures, and multiple legal entity reorganizations. He also contributed to the establishment of the financial reporting foundation for businesses included in a spin-off transaction.

Previously, Kevin was Vice President of Finance at Sequential Brands, a publicly traded licensing company. There, he was responsible for internal and external reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and revenue recognition. He also developed a formal reporting framework to provide senior leadership with actionable insights, strengthening decision-making across the business.

Kevin began his career in public accounting, where he provided financial assurance services to clients across industries including manufacturing, distribution, government, and nonprofit organizations.

Kevin graduated from Pace University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
