Prior to Accordion, Stephanie was an audit manager with Crowe LLP, specializing exclusively in for-profit, private equity-backed healthcare entities. Her career with Crowe began in Australia, where she undertook three international secondments to the US before permanently relocating in late 2018. Stephanie cultivated a diverse client portfolio in Australia, including sectors such as agriculture, food and commodities, and construction.
In her recent roles, Stephanie has focused extensively on healthcare, guiding clients through various stages from initial acquisitions to strategic growth via add-on acquisitions, and overseeing change in control processes. She has played a pivotal role in auditing over 150 business acquisitions, primarily for highly acquisitive clients.
Stephanie holds dual professional certifications as a Chartered Accountant in Australia and a licensed CPA in Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Accounting from Southern Cross University in Australia.
