Alexandra Trofim

Alexandra is a Solution Lead in Accordion’s CFO Technology practice with more than a decade of experience in system implementation, integration, and financial reporting for organizations ranging from small private companies to Fortune 500 enterprises. She specializes in enterprise performance management (EPM), analytics, and data integrations, with a focus on Oracle-based financial close and consolidation and reconciliations platforms.

At Accordion, Alexandra serves as a solution lead on Oracle EPM programs, driving design and implementation across financial consolidation and close, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, reconciliation and management reporting. She leads workstreams that define data models, integration patterns, and controls for close and consolidation processes, and partners with finance and technology teams to streamline intercompany and FX workflows, enhance transparency in consolidation results, and improve the reliability of reporting packages. Her work often includes coordinating ERP–EPM connections, configuring data loads and reconciliations, and establishing governance routines so that finance teams can own and extend the solutions over time.

Before joining Accordion through Platform Specialists, Alexandra worked as an EPM Consultant deploying Oracle-based business solutions and advising on financial consolidation, close, reporting, and data analysis. Earlier in her career, she led system implementation projects in the hospitality industry, gaining experience in inventory analysis, business intelligence reporting, and payroll management, and she previously served as an Operations Analyst in the robotics sector, where she focused on financial forecasting and data visualization using Tableau. Alexandra graduated from Northeastern University with an M.S. in Project Management and a B.S. in Information Technology, and she also holds a financial accounting certificate from Harvard Business School, a data analytics certificate and an intermediate Anaplan model building certificate.
