Lucca is a Vice President at Accordion with experience supporting private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across transaction execution, finance transformation, and office of the CFO. He works with management teams, portfolio operations, and deal teams on financial modeling, liquidity forecasting, covenant compliance, performance reporting, and dashboarding throughout the hold period.
Before joining Accordion, Lucca spent five years at Palm Tree, where he supported post-close integration and financial transformation for sponsor-backed businesses. His experience includes budgeting, cash flow forecasting, working capital management, debt modeling, dashboarding, and board- and lender-level reporting. He has partnered with CFOs to strengthen forecasting, liquidity management, and financial reporting, and has supported buy-side and sell-side diligence through three-statement models, scenario analysis, and capital structure evaluation.
Earlier in his career, Lucca supported portfolio analysis and investment evaluation at Whittier Trust and advised middle-market companies on M&A, recapitalizations, and restructurings in investment banking roles
Lucca holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Finance from Chapman University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of CFA Society Los Angeles.
