Rohan is a Senior Director with nearly 14 years of accounting, advisory, and transformation experience within the office of the CFO. He has advised various clients across North America ranging from private equity backed companies to to large Fortune 50 companies.

Prior to joining Accordion, Rohan served in variety of consulting and industry roles at KPMG, K2, and CrossCountry Consulting to improve finance and accounting functions in variety of sectors including Technology, Consumer Products, and Healthcare. Through his roles, he has led Accounting, FP&A and M&A teams across the design and implementation of platform backed target operating models. This included capability assessments, CFO roadmap development, development of shared services, process improvements, and automation implementations.

Most recently, he led a large-scale data analytics engagement for a pre-IPO technology company where his team developed a new data warehouse, automation tools, management reports, and related processes for the office of the CFO as part of its IPO journey. Post-IPO, his team continued to support the company through its transformation as a new public company.

Rohan received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, and a Masters in Accounting and Finance from the University of Saskatchewan. He is a CPA (Washington), CPA, CA (Canada) with Corporate Finance specialization.
