Russ Moy

Russ Moy is a Solution-focused recruitment specialist with 15+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in both corporate and agency recruiting environments. He is a proven business partner and builder of long lasting, trust based relationships with candidates and clients. Russ communicates effectively with all levels of an organization and across multiple business lines.

Most recently he was with one of the largest global CPA and Advisory firms where he was responsible for identifying experienced hire talent in the areas of Audit, and Advisory including Financial Transformation, Risk and Regulatory Solutions, Operations Risk, Financial Management, Strategy, FinTech, and Cyber Security recruitment.

Russ began his career in corporate Human Resources with a multibillion dollar publicly traded restaurant group in Orange County, CA where he held multiple progressive roles from a Compensation Analyst to a Regional Human Resources Manager. He then moved into executive search where he has spent the last 12 years focusing on Accounting, Finance, and Professional Services as a specialty focus.

Russ grew up in Southern California where he attended Fullerton College.
