She specializes in merger integration and carve-out execution, TSA strategy, synergy analysis, and organization design, translating deal theses into actionable roadmaps from pre-deal diligence through post-close. Her sector experience spans business services, manufacturing, consumer, and technology.
Notable engagements include leading the IMO for a consumer healthcare platform integration, leading the Finance & Accounting integration for manufacturing and aviation businesses, and managing standalone costing and TSA preparation across complex separations. Drawing on her accounting advisory background, she frequently dives deeper into Finance and Operations to drive M&A value.
Prior to Accordion, Linh was a Deals Advisory consultant at PwC, where she advised clients on M&A reporting, systems optimization, and capital markets readiness, including preparing European companies for U.S. public listings and supporting large-scale global carve-outs across dozens of countries.
Beyond client work, Linh founded Accordion’s women’s network, building programming around mentorship, sponsorship, and networking for women in consulting and private equity.
