Linh is a Vice President with three years of advisory, accounting, and performance improvement experience with clients ranging from small startups to multinational conglomerates in a variety of industries in both U.S. and European markets. She specializes in preparing companies for IPO readiness and M&A integration and separation.
Before joining Accordion, Linh was a Deals Advisory consultant at PwC, where she advised companies of different sizes in various industries through the M&A process, including reporting requirements, system optimization, and operational efficiencies. Linh also helped companies in preparing for IPOs and capital market offerings.
At PwC, Linh did a rotation to the Amsterdam office where she acquired experiences of working with clients in the European markets including Netherlands, France, Belgium and Germany. Her projects included assisting European companies in going public in the U.S. via traditional offerings and SPACs.
Linh graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University with a B.B.A in Accounting and Finance.
