Brian is a Director with nearly two decades of advisory, technology, and transformation experience with clients ranging from small startups to large multinational companies. Brian specializes in leading technology transformations and business process optimizations for high-growth companies. With Accordion, Brian has partnered with the management of private equity-backed companies to improve their core technologies, leading to improved data insights, cost reductions, and resource optimization.
Before joining Accordion, Brian spent over a decade working in business and technology consulting as well as private equity-backed, hyper-growth technology companies, preparing them for public exits and scaling business processes and technology at large. Brian served as an advisor to executive teams in numerous turnaround situations and formal strategist initiatives.
His experience includes working with global companies with operations throughout South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. He has experience in a number of industries, including software, technology, manufacturing, and professional services.
Brian started his career in the consulting practice of Grant Thornton where he was responsible for leading technology and business strategy transformations, helping to build the practice within Grant Thornton while doing so.
Brian went to the Boston University School of Medicine for a M.A. in Medical Sciences and to Indiana University with a B.S. in Finance.
