Neal is a Senior Director and Human Resources specialist who helps firms build value by improving individual and organizational decision making. He is experienced in and passionate about the full scope of end-to-end HR processes including talent acquisition, organizational development, workforce management, HR systems, and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining Accordion, Neal was a Director at the consulting firm FCM, where he used his background in behavioral science to facilitate data-driven best practices for optimizing organizational culture and processes. He supported clients through the HR-related aspects of due diligence, separation, integration, and performance improvement. He also led development, testing, and implementation of an internal tool to track workforce movement in support of achieving sustainable financial savings goals.
Neal graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.A. in brain and cognitive sciences and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester Simon Business School.
