Adeon Tracey

Adeon is a Solution Lead in Accordion’s corporate performance management practice, with nearly twenty years of experience designing, implementing, and training users on finance and reporting systems.

At Accordion, he leads OneStream development and enhancement workstreams for clients across industrials, utilities, and medical devices, focusing on consolidations, financial reporting, and account reconciliation in support of finance leadership teams. He has recently supported modernization of close and reporting processes for sponsors and management teams across healthcare and entertainment portfolio companies by configuring scalable reporting frameworks, developing complex calculations, and testing end-to-end data flows.

Before joining Accordion, Adeon was a senior consultant at Platform Specialists (acquired by Accordion in 2022) and previously spent nearly a decade at Ernst & Young, where he provided subject-matter expertise on enterprise performance management solutions and benchmarking leading practices across clients.

He began his career as an analyst in the communications sector and has built a reputation for tailoring solutions to each client’s reporting landscape while developing practical training for finance and system administration teams. Adeon holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics & Statistics from Stony Brook University.
