Luke Tsotsos

Luke is an Analyst in Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice with experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for private equity-backed businesses. He brings a combined background in FP&A, transaction execution, and advisory support for both private capital-backed and publicly traded organizations in the Transportation & Logistics, Healthcare, Entertainment, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure verticals.

At Accordion, Luke supports analytics-driven workstreams for sponsor-backed companies, including cash flow forecasting, bookings-to-revenue analysis, and management reporting. His work includes building and refining models and preparing analyses and building reporting packs that clarify trends in revenue, margin, and cash conversion. He works closely with senior team members to translate analysis into clear materials for finance leaders, boards, and lenders.

Before joining Accordion full-time, Luke interned in Accordion’s Transaction Execution practice, supporting financial analysis on live deals, and previously worked in Pfizer’s Biopharma FP&A organization in New York, where he gained experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Luke graduated from Boston College’s Morrissey College of Arts & Sciences with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Finance from the Carroll School of Management.
