Thomas is a Vice President in Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice with eight years of consulting, FP&A, and operations experience. He supports private equity sponsors and PortCos in enhancing performance visibility, strengthening planning, and improving business partnering.
Selected experience includes:
- Financial & sales reporting built from scratch, with storytelling support that framed results against the value creation plan
- 3-statement modeling tied to KPI drivers and scenario analysis
- Customer profitability analysis informing cost take-out and pricing decisions aligned with management and sponsor
- Budgeting & rolling forecasting co-authored with department leads that secured leadership buy-in
- BI reporting and transformation leading teams to stand up automated weekly/monthly reporting and real-time dashboards atop an enterprise data warehouse
Before joining Accordion, Thomas worked as a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice, focusing on valuation and modeling to evaluate the fair value of private equity portfolio companies. He began at Deloitte Risk Advisory, focusing on business processes and data governance.
Thomas graduated cum laude from Quinnipiac University with a B.S. in Finance and holds the Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certification.
