Kailash is a Vice President with 15 years of experience across advisory, accounting, and finance transformation experience for large multinational companies. Kailash specializes in end to end transformation activities.

Prior to Accordion, Kailash was a leader in Deloitte UK’s finance transformation team. He led and managed end-to-end transformation, covering process & control, technology, and operating model optimization. His expertise ensured transitions from business case creation to business-as-usual operations. He also played a key role in expanding Deloitte UK’s Energy, Resource, and Infrastructure industry presence and strengthening the Record-to-Report capabilities 

With extensive experience as a management, financial, and systems accountant, Kailash has led finance transformation programs in journals, reconciliations, and financial planning. His award-winning initiatives standardized financial processes, implemented reconciliation systems (Accurate, BlackLine), and enhanced ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S4, Oracle). 

Having worked across cultures, he has gained valuable experience in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, adapting to diverse business environments and practices. His global exposure includes working with companies operating across Europe, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and Asia. He has successfully navigated industries such as retail, oil & gas, mining, financial services and FMCG, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence on an international scale. 

Beyond his corporate role, Kailash is also a certified life and career coach, empowering individuals to navigate their professional and personal journeys with clarity and confidence. He regularly mentors MBA students and professionals, helping them unlock their potential, refine their ambitions, and pursue meaningful career paths with purpose.  

Academically, Kailash has completed a BCOM in Accounting and Finance and a Graduate Diploma in Economics from Auckland University, along with an MBA in Finance from ESSEC Business School, France. He is also a CPA (Australia) and a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.
