Matt is a Senior Director in Accordion’s CFO Technology practice with nearly two decades of experience designing and delivering technology‑enabled performance management solutions across budgeting and forecasting, profitability, consolidation, reporting, and advanced analytics. He draws on a background that spans finance, accounting, and systems to help finance leaders modernize their planning and reporting environments while balancing people, process, and technology considerations.
At Accordion, Matt leads enterprise performance management workstreams for global and sponsor‑backed companies. As a solution architect and delivery lead, he oversees cloud planning and consolidation implementations while advising clients on planning architecture, system implementation, and modern forecasting and analytics platforms.
Before joining Accordion, Matt spent much of his career managing the delivery of enterprise performance management solutions for Fortune 500 companies, working across roles from developer and integration lead to solution architect and project manager, and earlier held finance and accounting positions focused on operational planning, strategic analysis, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
He holds a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A. in Information Systems from Roosevelt University.
