Anthony is an Associate in Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice with more than eight years of experience in M&A, corporate development and strategy, and investment banking. He brings a background spanning buy-side and sell-side transaction execution and in-house corporate development, with experience across real estate services, software and technology, consumer, and industrials.
This combination allows him to connect detailed transaction analysis with practical insights on growth, capital deployment, and value creation for sponsors and management teams.
At Accordion, Anthony supports analytics- and transaction-driven workstreams for private equity-backed companies, including integrated operating and cash flow modeling, transaction support, and management reporting. He helps build and refine models and materials that clarify revenue, margin, and cash conversion dynamics, and works closely with senior team members to prepare analyses and presentations for boards, lenders, and investment committees.
Before joining Accordion, Anthony was a Manager on the Corporate Development and Strategy team at CBRE, where he worked with business leadership, internal functional teams, and target companies to evaluate strategic M&A and investment opportunities, manage due diligence processes, and execute transactions across the real estate services industry. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Aleutian Capital Partners, advising buy-side and sell-side clients on M&A transactions across IT and software, consumer, and industrials verticals. Anthony graduated from Villanova University with a B.B.A. in Finance and minors in Management Information Systems and Real Estate.
