Erica is a Solution Lead in Accordion’s CFO Technology practice with over ten years of consulting experience focused on finance technology and transformation. She specializes in planning and close solutions, working with CFO and FP&A teams to modernize forecasting, reporting, and core financial processes across a range of industries.
At Accordion, Erica focuses on technology-enabled planning and performance management initiatives, including the design and delivery of Adaptive Planning solutions that improve budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. She partners with finance leaders to translate planning and analytics requirements into practical solution architectures, implementation roadmaps, and change-management approaches that drive adoption and sustainable process improvements.
Before joining Accordion, Erica worked in Workday’s professional services organization, where she led Adaptive Planning engagements across a diverse client base and specialized in financial planning and reporting in partnership with CFO and FP&A teams. Previously, she was part of the professional services team at BlackLine, focusing on financial close optimization and related process and technology design.
She began her career in the advisory practice at PwC, supporting large-scale finance transformation initiatives, including roadmap development and solution architecting for global finance organizations. Erica earned both her B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University at Buffalo and holds a CPA license in the state of New York.
