Erica is a Solution Lead within Accordion’s CFO Technology Practice with over ten years of experience in consulting focused on finance technology and transformation.
Before joining Accordion, Erica worked at Workday in their professional services organization focused on delivery of Adaptive Planning engagements across various clients and industries. During her nearly five years, she specialized in financial planning and reporting, partnering with CFO and FP&A teams. Prior to Workday, she had experience in the professional services team at BlackLine focused on the financial close. Erica began her career at PwC in their advisory practice, assisting clients with large scale finance transformation initiatives including roadmap strategy and solution architecting.
Erica graduated from the University at Buffalo with her Bachelors and Masters in Accounting, subsequently obtaining her CPA license in the state of New York. She began her career in Washington D.C. and has since been back in the Northeast in NYC and most recently Boston.
