Jonathan is a Director and experienced program leader who helps businesses translate technology strategy into operational results. He focuses on driving technology execution, improving efficiency and delivering outcomes that create enterprise value.
Prior to joining Accordion, Jonathan was a Director in the Technology practice at FCM. He worked with private equity clients and their portfolio companies to lead technical integration planning, execution and productivity governance for acquisitions and transformations totaling more than $11B.
Jonathan previously served as Principal Customer Success Manager at IBM, overseeing more than $50M in software contracts for IBM’s largest healthcare and public government customers. Earlier, he was an Applications Development Lead within Citi’s Global Consumer Technology organization, where he improved delivery performance and operational efficiency while managing major enhancements to Citi’s online banking platform through a managed service provider. Jonathan launched his career in Citi’s esteemed Technology Leadership Program, where he gained broad experience in program management, solutions design, business intelligence and software development.
Jonathan graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Information Technology.
