Before joining Accordion, Fan spent over 4 years implementing Anaplan solutions for Corporate Finance and Human Resources teams. He led 4 Anaplan implementation projects across FP&A, Financial Consolidation and Workforce Planning functions across multiple industries, including Technology, Retail, Financial Services and Health Care
Before joining the EPM consulting practice, Fan spent over 10+ years working in Finance, Accounting and Business Analytics where he collaborated cross-functionally at all levels and is considered a highly trusted partner, advisor and problem solver for Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Production and IT functions.
Fan graduated from McMaster University with Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
