Before joining Accordion, Taquanna worked as a payroll and HR consultant, helping organizations improve processes, implement systems, and maintain regulatory compliance. Her background also includes HR administration and finance support across a range of industries, including oil and gas, healthcare, automotive, technology, and investment firms. She is passionate about delivering accurate, compliant payroll solutions that drive operational efficiency and support business growth.

Taquanna earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Winston-Salem State University.
